Tammy Farnham was appointed as a Senior Program Analyst in the Florida Accreditation Office in March. In her role, she will provide guidance to agencies seeking accreditation or already in the accreditation process. She will also train accreditation managers and assessors. Tammy began her career with the Stuart Police Department in 1995 as a sworn officer, serving in many roles, including accreditation manager. She retired in 2022 after 27 years of service and was hired by the Sebastian Police Department as accreditation manager. Tammy has over 17 years of accreditation experience, conducting more than 100 mock and onsite assessments as an assessor or team leader. She holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Indian River State College.
